Terms and Conditions of Service

CrimsonFox Co., Ltd. ("Company" or "we") develops and provides digital platform services and acts as an agent for offering products and services of event organizers ("Event Organizers") through www.showpal.club ("Website"), including the sale of show tickets, merchandise, and various services ("Various Services"). The use of the website constitutes acceptance by users ("Users" or "you") of these terms and conditions.

1. Rights, Duties, and Responsibilities of Users

1.1 User Accounts

1. Users can register only one user account per person
2. Must register and verify identity before ordering or participating in any activities
3. Information provided must be accurate, complete, and current
4. Users must keep their username and password confidential
5. If under 20 years old, must obtain parental consent before conducting financial transactions
6. The Company reserves the right to immediately cancel membership for violations of these terms

1.2 Practices Regarding Products and Services

The Company acts only as an intermediary for selling electronic tickets and processing payments on behalf of event organizers. Purchasing tickets constitutes a direct purchase from the event organizer.

1. No refunds available except when events are cancelled or postponed
2. The Company is not involved in pricing, promotions, or ticket formats
3. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, or used for commercial purposes without authorization

1.3 Event Participation Guidelines

Users must strictly comply with event organizer rules and regulations. If violations result in denied entry, the Company reserves the right not to provide refunds.

1.4 Service Fees

1. The Company reserves the right to charge service fees as determined
2. Ticket issuance fee: 30 THB (including VAT)
3. Service fees may change without prior notice

1.5 Payment Methods

Payment is complete when users confirm their order and pay through channels designated by the Company.

1.6 Refund Requests

The Company has no policy for ticket returns and refunds, except when events are cancelled or postponed.

2. Limitation of Company Liability

1. Not responsible for errors in information provided by event organizers
2. Not responsible if users cannot access the website
3. Not responsible for damages from using the service, except as specified in writing

3. Links to Other Websites

The Company is not responsible for damages from linking to external websites.

4. Privacy Policy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Reproduction, distribution, or imitation of website data or content is prohibited unless written permission is obtained from the Company.

6. Suspension, Modification, and Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue website services without prior notice.

7. Severability of Contract

If any provision is found unlawful, it shall be severed from the contract without affecting other provisions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
